Overview
인도-한국 두 나라의 예술가들이 서로의 나라를 여행하고 사랑하고 탐색하면서 발견한 우리 안의 인도와 한국을 그림으로, 고대의 언어로, 도자기로, 텍스타일 아트로 다채롭게 깨우고 즐기는 축제의 장을 마련하고자 합니다.
인도 드로잉 여행을 하면서 만난 인도 작가들과 함께 한국을 각자의 고유한 예술 방편으로 표현하고, 자유롭게 스케치 전시하고, 인도 관람객과 더불어 한국으로 여행하듯이 스케치하며, 한국으로의 드로잉 여행 욕구와 교류 관심도 키우고자 합니다.
Art is a journey that celebrates the diversity of the world. This exhibition brings together Indian and Korean artists who, through exploration, curiosity, and mutual appreciation, have
discovered the “India” and “Korea” within themselves. Through paintings, scripts, ceramics, and textile art, they offer a vibrant celebration of creative expression.
The exhibition features works by Indian artists we met during our drawing journey in India, each expressing Korea through their unique artistic language. Visitors are invited to experience
the exhibition as a journey—freely sketching and engaging with the art—while fostering a deeper connection with Korea and the spirit of cultural exchange.
